This screen is displayed when the user double-clicks in a Serial Number reference box.
Find
Search for a particular item.
All fields available for querying will be displayed in yellow.
Enter the required selection criteria.
Choose OK to begin searching for matching data.
Choose Cancel to avoid searching for data.
If no matching records are found the message:
will be displayed.
Choose OK to clear this message and re-enter selection criteria.
If matching records are found a Choose button will be displayed. The user can scroll through the selected Personnel records until the relevant item is found.
List Names
Display all of the selected records in List format.
If matching records are found the List Names button will be displayed. The user can scroll through a summary listing of the selected records until the relevant item is found.
Use the Jump To checkbox to quickly move to the selected record and return to the Personnel Pop-Up screen.
Choose
Choose the displayed item.
If matching records are found the Choose button will be displayed. The user can scroll through the selected records until the relevant item is found.
Click the Choose button to select this record.
If Choose was selected the Item will be marked as chosen, this pop-up will close and the user will be returned to the previous screen where the chosen item will be automatically placed in the relevant field..
Close
Close this pop-up and return to the previous screen.
