This option allows the user to produce an Excel Spreadsheet or Mail-Merge File containing all the information for every selected record. This text file can then be used by a Word Processing package as an Address File for producing standard letters.
Providing at least one record is being displayed this window will open:
File Name
Enter the name of the file to be created or overwritten..
Save as type
Use this option to swap between creating an Excel spreadsheet or Text file.
Save button
Use this option to create the required output file.
