Used to enter and maintain details of all currently active IVCO Visits. Further windows allow for the entry of current employees against Visits.
The Visit Information screen will check for the existence of a Blue Card and will call up this program automatically for any employees who currently do not have a Blue Card issued for them.
Other options allow the production of the relevant Visit Forms (eRFV, LOI, NATO HQ Pass).
Blue Card
Used to enter and maintain details of Passport and Home Address information. See Blue Card Details for more information.
Any employees who wish to attend an IVCO visit must have a Blue Card record on the system.
Archived Visits
Used to view expired Visits that have been archived. See Archived Visits for more information.
This option can be used to retrieve details of an expired Visit in order to easily re-generate a new Visit and Visitor List.
