The IVCO Visits module of the WiSeMan system consists of Electronic Records used for the management of International Visits Outward.
International Visits Outward are recorded on the system database, linked to an individual from the Personnel System. The International Visits Outward file contains detailed records for tracking the movement of all company employees who have a requirement to travel on company business to classified sites abroad. By completing the on-screen details the module will produce printed request forms as required by the HQ Sy International Visits Control Organisation. The visit can be linked to a particular contract from the ContractSystem, or it can be run as a stand-alone program.
Drop-down menus allow speedy input of information in defined fields.
Management reports can be produced from any of the details recorded enabling the who, what, where, when, why or how type of question to be answered.
