To assist in maintaining the data within the IVCO Visit System, there is an option set up:
Delete Expired Visits
This option allows a report to be produced detailing all Visits which have now expired. The report will detail all Visits with a Date of Visit To: date prior to the entered IVCO Visit Expiry Date. This defaults to 6 months before the current system date which will select visits that expired more than 6 months ago, e.g. if run on 28/02/23 the shown Expiry Date would be 28/08/23. The IVCO Visit Expiry Date can be overwritten if required.
Choose Print Expired Visits to produce the report.
Choose Delete Expired Visits to delete the expired Visits.
