There are a number of standard reports available to summarise the information held in the IVCO System.
IVCO Visit Lists
Produces two reports:
· Visit Details. Gives a Summary listing of all visits that match the entered Date Criteria, Visit Type, Country Code, Site Name, Site Address or Site Contact.
· Visitor Details. Gives a Summary Listing of all Visits for which the specified person is authorised. The Visits can be selected based on the entered Date Criteria, Visit Type, Country Code, Site Name or Site Address. A Visitor ID (Serial Number) must be entered for this report
Double-Click in the Site Contact or Visitor ID field for the Current Personnel Query Pop-Up screen.
IVCO Visit Statistics
Produces a management report which summarises all records in the IVCO Visit System by Country Code and Visit Type. The report gives a breakdown of information entered or amended within the specified date range. This report can be used as a guide to the workload and performance of the Security Department.
