This section allows users to add, update or delete any standing data that is used to populate any drop-down boxes in the Personnel screens.

Site Codes and Addresses

Use this screen to add Site Codes and Addresses of sites that are visited frequently to reduce typographic errors. See Site Codes And Addresses for more information.

These codes are pre-loaded at installation but may be added to over time. See Visit Type Codes for more information.

Country Codes

These codes are pre-loaded at installation but may be added to over time. See Country Codes for more information.

Passport Office Codes

Enter any relevant Passport Office codes that will be used in the Blue Card Entry screen. See Passport Office Codes for more information.
