Standing Data: Site Codes and Addresses

The data entered in this screen is used to determine the Site Codes and Addresses of Personnel, Material and Contracts being entered onto the system.

Information must be entered into this table before any Personnel, Classified Material or Contracts are added.

Code

Enter a unique code for the Site, up to 4 characters in length.

Enter the Site Name in the first line of this section, up to 30 characters.

If required, enter the Division of the site in the second line of this section.

This field is no longer used so leave blank.

Choose the relevant Country Code for this site from the drop-down box.

Use this option to search for a specific site.

Use this option to add Address and further details for this site.

Use this option to produce a Summary Report of the information displayed on this screen.

Close this form and return to the previous menu.
