Material Tracking System

The Material Tracking module of the WiSeMan system is used for the management of:
 
 
The Material Tracking System is an electronic register of all material held in its database. It contains detailed records for accounting for material from cradle to grave, i.e. from when an item is received or generated, until it is despatched or destroyed. During the life of the material records show the history of its movement from one user to another, and when spot checks or musters were carried out.
 
The Material Tracking Menu is split into four specific areas:

Data Entry / Enquiry

Options in this section are used for the day-to-day tasks within Material Tracking. See Data Entry / Enquiry for more details.

Standing Data Entry

Options in this section are used to populate the drop-down boxes in the Data Entry / Enquiry screens. See Standing Data for more details.

Reports and Listings

Options in this section allow the simple production of a limited number of Standard Reports and Listings. See Reports and Listings for more details.

Data Maintenance

Options in this section allow the tidying of Material Tracking data. See Data Maintenance for more details.

Close

Closes the Material Tracking Menu and returns the user to the WiSeMan Main Menu
