Standing Data

Material Tracking System: Standing Data

Site Codes and Addresses

Used to enter and maintain details on controlled sites. The information entered here can be used to populate the Location/Company and Site/Address fields in the Current Material screen. See Site Codes and Addresses for more information.

Classification Codes

Used to enter and maintain Classification Codes, Descriptions and Security Level information. The Security Level information is used to ensure that Items are only issued to individuals who have sufficient clearance to receive them. See Classification Codes for more information.

Material Type Codes

Used to enter and maintain details on the different sorts of Material that can be monitored by the system, e.g. Documents, PCB Boards. See Material Type Codes for more information.

Media Codes

Used to enter and maintain details on the different ways a document may be held monitored, e.g. Microfiche, Tape, Disc, Paper. See Media Codes for more information.

Transport Method Codes

Used to enter and maintain details on the different methods that Material may be delivered the e.g. Post, Courier, By Hand. See Transport Method Codes for more information.

Originator Codes

Used to enter and maintain details of regular Originators that may send Classified Material to your site. This can help reduce typographic errors See Originator Codes for more information.

Project Codes

Used to enter and maintain details on the different Projects that Material may be booked against. A document can only be allocated to one Project. See Project Codes for more information..
