Standing Data: Material Type Codes

 
The data entered in this screen is used to determine the different types of Classified Material being entered onto the system.
 
Information must be entered into this table before any Classified Materials are added.
 
Material Type Codes

Code

Enter a unique code, up to 10 characters in length, e.g. DOC, SF
2

Description

Enter a brief description of the Material Type, up to 30 Characters, e.g. Document, Secure Furniture.

Hardware?

Enter Y if items with this Material Type are hardware, i.e. may need a Hardware Movement Plan.
          Enter N if items with this Material Type are not hardware, e.g. Papers, Documents or Reports.

Print

Use this option to produce a Summary Report of the information displayed on this screen.
