To help standardise data entry and cut down on the amount of data stored within the WiSeMan System a number of Standing Data tables are used.
Each module of the WiSeMan System has access only to the relevant Standing Data tables for the particular module.
Some Standing Data tables are accessed by more than one module, e.g. Classification Codes are used by the Material Tracking and the Contracts System, so care should be taken when deleting or modifying this information.
