The Contract module of the WiSeMan system consists of Electronic Records used for the management of:
· Current Contracts
· Sub-Contracts
· Archived Contracts
The Current Contracts details allows a user to investigate the position of any current contract held in its database. Details are recorded of when Tenders, Contracts and security aspects letters are received and actioned.
The Sub-Contracts details allows a user to record the details of any sub-contract placed as result of a main contract. Sub-contracts details are linked to the main contract giving a complete history of sub-contracts let. The system tracks the progress of any security aspects placed.
The Archived Contracts details are those records which have previously been maintained on a Current Contract file and for which work has been completed.
