Reports

 

There are a number of standard reports available to summarise the information held in the Contract System.

 

Produces three separate reports:

 

·     Current Contracts

·     Overdue Contracts

·     Contracts with Unacknowledged SML

 

Each of these reports can be produced for a specific site and for a specified date date range.

 

Each report can be sorted by:

 

·     Contract Number

·     File Number

·     Order Number

 

Produces a management report which summarises all records in the Current Contract and, optionally, the Archive System by Site Code and Contract Type. The report gives a breakdown of information entered or amended within the specified date range. The report can be made more specific by entering a Site Code, Contract Type and/or a Classification Code. This report can be used as a guide to the workload and performance of the Security Department.

 

Produces a management report which summarises all records in the Sub-Contract Systemand, optionally, the Archive System by Site Code. The report gives a breakdown of information entered or amended within the specified date range. The report can be made more specific by entering a Site Code. This report can be used as a guide to the workload and performance of the Security Department.
