This section allows users to add, update or delete any standing data that is used to populate any drop-down boxes in the Personnel screens.
Site Codes and Addresses
Used to enter and maintain details on controlled sites. The information entered here can be used to populate the Location/Company and Site/Address fields in the Application Forms and Current Personnel screens. See Site Codes And Addresses for more information
Classification Codes
Used to enter and maintain Classification Codes, Descriptions and Security Level information. The Security Level information is used to ensure that Items are only issued to individuals who have sufficient clearance to receive them. See Classification Codes for more information.
Contract Types
Used to enter and maintain the types of Contracts being monitored. See Contract Types for more information.
Standard Conditions
Used to enter and maintain Standard Conditions that may apply to Contracts being monitored. See Standard Conditions for more information.
Project Codes
Used to enter and maintain the Projects to which Contracts being monitored may be allocated. See Project Codes for more information.
