Data Entry / Enquiry

 
Used to enter and maintain details of all current contract. This screen allows the contract information to be maintained and enhanced to include details of any sub-contracts that have been allocated, and details of any amendment that affect the security of the contract. Further windows allow additional details relevant to the particular contract to be recorded. i.e. Amendment History details, card details or general notes, etc. An Archive option allows expired contracts to be sent to Archived Contracts to prevent cluttering Current Contracts with out-of date information.
 
Used to maintain details of Sub-Contractors and the Sub-Contracts to which they are assigned. This screen allows Sub-Contracts to be allocated to a Sub-Contractor without having to go through the Current Contract screen.
 
Used to enquire on or retrieve details of all contracts which have run through to completion. Only the Notes information can be modified through this screen. A Retrieve option allows information to be returned to Current Contracts.
 
Used to search for a contract when the user is unsure as to where the details of a Contract are held.
