Global Contract Enquiry
Occasionally the user may want to check on the details of a Contract without knowing in which part of the Contract System it will be found.
The Global Contract Enquiry allows the user to search for a Contract in the Current and Archive Contracts areas from one screen.
Once a successful query has been made, the Global Contracts Enquiry will show where it found the Contract that it is currently displaying.
On entering the Global Contracts Enquiry screen, 2 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.
Find - Allows the user to search for specific Contracts in the Contract System.
Exit- Allows the user to leave the Global Contracts Enquiry screen and return to the Contract System Menu.
