Any Contracts that require some sort of Security monitoring will be entered in the Current Contracts screen.Information can be entered when the Contract is only at Tender stage, usually specified by a Contract Type of T. When the Tender is accepted the user will change the Contract Type from T to the relevant type for the specified Contract e.g. SC59.
The Current Contractscreen allows the monitoring information to be maintained and enhanced to include details of any SMLs or associated Memos that may need to sent or received from particular parties to ensure the correct channels have been informed of the work involved in the Contract. Further windows allow Sub-Contract details relevant to the particular Contract, General Notes and Amendment History information to be recorded.
