Sub-Contractors

 
A Contract can contain a number of Sub-Contracts which are allocated to approved Sub-Contractors. This option allows the entry and monitoring of Approved Sub-Contractors and the allocation of the Sub-Contracts against the Main Contract.
 
On entering the Sub-Contractors screen 3 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.
 
New - Allows the entry of Sub-Contractor records into the system.
 
The following fields must have data entered into them for new records:
 
·     Contract Number - A valid number must be entered by the user.
·     Suffix Number - Defaults to 001 but can be overwritten if required.
 
All other fields are optional but it is recommended that the following fields are also maintained:
 
·     Site Code
·     Classification Code
 
as these fields are used by the system for reporting purposes.
 
Find - Allows the user to search for specific items in the Sub-Contractor System.
 
Exit- Allows the user to leave the Sub-Contractor screen and return to the Contract System Menu.
