Retrieving a Contract from Archive

Available in Archived Contracts Only
 
Sometimes a Contract will be reactivated. Its information can be retrieved from the Archive to save having to re-input the Contract details.
 
 
Choose Find to select the required Contract.
 
Choose Retrieve to move the Contract to Archived Contract.
 
Choose OK to transfer the Contract to Current Contracts.
Choose Cancel to keep the Contract in Archived Contracts.
