Detail Report - Allows production of a screen dump of the displayed record to be sent to the printer.
Summary Report - Allows production of a simple one line per record report of all the selected records to be sent to the printer.
Export Data - Allows a Mail-Merge Address text file of all the selected records to be produced. this file can then be used by the Word Processing package to produce standard letters.
Information (Spectacles)
This option will open a new screen giving summary information for the contract being displayed. This information includes Contract Amendment History, Sub-Contracts attached to the Contract and any Classified Material associated with the Contract.
Choose Exit to close this screen and return to the main Contract screen.
