Standing Data: Clearance Levels

 
The data entered in this screen is used to determine the Clearance Level of the individual being entered onto the system.
 
Information must be entered into this table before any Application Forms, Current Personnel or Clearances Held Off-Site are added.
 
Clearance Levels
1

Clearance

Enter a unique code up to 10 characters in length, e.g. BPSS

Description

An indication as to the type of Clearance the particular code refers to.
 
This description is only used for display purposes, e.g. Basic Check.

Security Level

A number specifying the Security Level attached to the particular Clearance Level.
 
This value is used by the Material Tracking System in conjunction with the Classification Code Security Level to determine if a person has sufficient access to receive a document. The higher the number the more secure a Clearance.

Print

Use this option to produce a Summary Report of the information displayed on this screen.

Close this screen and return to the previous menu.
