Standing Data: Clearance Status Codes

The data entered in this screen is used to determine the Clearance Status an individual can be allocated during the Application Form stage.

Information must be entered into this table before any Application Forms are added.

There are 5 codes that are system maintained and should not be changed or deleted:

D - On Delay

N - Not Authorised

O - Off-Site Clearance

R - Re-vet in progress

Y - Authorised

Enter a unique code 1 character in length, e.g. 1

An indication as to the type of Clearance Status the particular code refers to.

This description is only used for display purposes, e.g. Clearance Stage 1.

Use this option to produce a Summary Report of the information displayed on this screen.
