Application Forms

 
The Application Forms allows Basic Check, Security Check and Developed Vetting information for a prospective employee or subcontractor to be entered onto the system and tracks the progress of the application through to approval. Once approved, the system can be used to print the standard Approval Memos. Once employed these details are transferred to a Current Personnel Card.
 
It is also used to process personnel that need their clearances re-vetted, e.g. permanent personnel that have been employed for 10 years.
 
The form displayed is identical to the Current Personnel, Archived Personnel and Global Enquiry screens.
 
The majority of the available options are the same on all these screens.
 
On entering the Application Forms screen, 3 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.
 
Further screen options will be displayed once a new record has been added or an existing record has been located.
 
Application Forms

Find

Allows the user to search for specific individuals within the Application Forms System.

New

Allows the entry of new applications and Re-Vets into the system.
 
The following fields must have data entered into them for new records:
 
 
All other fields are optional but it is recommended that the following fields are also maintained:
 
as these fields are used by the system for calculating Authorisation Expiry dates and reporting purposes.
 
For Re-Vets, go to the Old Serial No field, and enter the current Serial Number of the Person to be Re-Vetted. The system will automatically populate the relevant fields with the existing information from this record. Use a Double-Click to access the Current Personnel Pop-Up screen if the Serial Number is not known.

Close

Allows the user to leave the Application Forms screen and return to the Personnel System Menu.
