Further Screen Options

 
Once new record has been added or a successful query has been performed, further buttons will appear.
 
Further Screen Options
1

Find

Allows the user to search for specific individuals within the Application Forms System. See Finding Data for more information.

Change

Allows the user to modify the information held for the displayed individual. See Changing Data for more information.

BPSS Check

Allows access to the BPSS / Basic Check screen, where the BPSS status information and ultimately the BPSS Authorisation Number can be entered / created. See BPSS Check for more information.

New

Allows the entry of new applications and Re-Vets into the system. See Adding a New Applicant or Re-Vetting for more information.

Delete

Allows a user with System Manager status to delete the displayed individual. See Deleting Data for more information. This option will not be displayed to standard WiSeMan users.

Authorise

Allows the user to enter the Authorisation information for an individual. A person must be authorised before being transferred to Current Personnel. See Authorisation of an Individual for more information.

Notes

Allows the user to add or amend extra information regarding the individual to be stored for reference purposes. See Adding Notes for more information.

AfterCare

Allows the user to display any AfterCare information that may have been added to this individual whilst they were in the Current Personnel area. You cannot use this option to add any Aftercare information in Application Forms.

Transfer

Allows the transfer of the displayed individual from the Application Forms to Current Personnel. This option should only be used when an individual has started employment or has been re-vetted. When a re-vet is transferred to Current Personnel a System Key is checked. If this key is set to Y then the original personnel record is deleted, if the key is set to N then the original personnel record is sent to Archive. All Vetting information for the original personnel record will be attached to the new, re-vetted record.

Screen 2

Allows access to the second screen of Personnel information. This option is also available in Find mode allowing queries to be made on information stored on the second screen.

Passport

Allows the entry of Passport information for the individual. If the IVCO module is installed, information entered here will be transferred to the Blue Card for the individual when appropriate.

Detail Report

Allows production of a report of the displayed record to be sent to the printer.

Summary Report

Allows production of a simple one line per record report of all the selected records to be sent to the printer.

Export Data

Allows an export of all the selected records to be produced. This output can either be an Excel spreadsheet for further data manipulation or a text file that be used by a Word Processing package to produce standard letters, e.g. Authorisation Memos.

Info

This option will open a small window giving summary information for the individual being displayed. This information includes whether there is Screen 2 information, Basic Check information and a Basic Check Authorisation Number.

Close

Allows the user to leave the Application Forms screen and return to the Personnel System Menu.
