Used to enter and maintain details of all prospective employees and subcontractors. This screen allows BPSS, Security Check and Developed Vetting information for a prospective employee or subcontractor to be entered onto the system and tracks the progress of the application through to approval. Once approved and employed these details are transferred to the Current Personnelsystem. See Application Forms for more details on functionality.
Current Personnel
Used to enter and maintain details of all current employees and subcontractors. This screen allows the vetting information to be maintained and enhanced to include details of any special clearances or briefings subsequently received. Further windows allow additional details relevant to the particular employee or subcontractor to be recorded, i.e. Car details, key holdings, ID card details, or general notes, etc. An Archive option allows leavers and expired clearances to be sent to Archived Personnel to prevent cluttering Current Personnel with out-of-date information. Additional Vettings
Used to maintain vetting details of all current personnel. This screen allows certain parts of the vetting information to be maintained and enhanced without having to go through the Current Personnelscreen. Only limited information is available for modification through this screen. See Additional Vettings Enquiry for more details on functionality.
Archived Personnel
Used to enquire on or retrieve details of all employees who have ceased employment and any historic clearances. Only the Main Screen, Passport and Notes information can be modified through this screen. A Retrieve option allows information to be returned to Current Personnel. Clearances Held Off-Site
Used to enter and maintain details of all personnel not employed by the Controlling Site but who may be allowed site access. This screen allows simple vetting information to be maintained from information received from an outside source. See Clearance Held Off-Site for more details on functionality.
