Once a new applicant or a re-vet has been authorised, their details will be transferred to Current Personnel.
The Current Personnel screen allows the vetting information to be maintained and enhanced to include details of any special clearances or briefings subsequently received. Further windows allow additional details relevant to the particular employee or sub-contractor to be recorded, i.e. Car details, key holdings, ID card details, or general notes, etc.
A person's record will remain in Current Personnel until they leave employment or are re-vetted, at which point they will be moved to Archived Personnel.
The majority of the available options are the same on all these screens.
On entering the Current Personnel screen, 3 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.
Further screen options will be displayed once a new record has been added or an existing record has been located.
Find
Allows the user to search for specific individuals within the Current Personnel System.
New
This option should only be used for loading historic, existing data into the system from other sources. In normal circumstances, new records should always be entered via the Application Forms screen.
