Every time an individual's information is entered onto the system, whether they are a new applicant or simply a re-vet, they are uniquely identified by being issued with a serial number, e.g. P/0012/25.
This number is used throughout the WiSeMan System to refer to the individual.
This serial number stays with the individual until they require a re-vet or they leave employment.
