Archived Personnel

 
When an individual leaves the company or their clearance expires, their details will be transferred to Archived Personnel.
 
The Archived Personnel screen allows the vetting information to be examined and, if necessary, retrieved back to Current Personnel.
 
Only Main Screen, Passport and Notes information can be modified on records in Archived Personnel.
 
The form displayed is identical to the Application Forms, Current Personnel and Global Enquiry screens.
 
The majority of the available options are the same on all these screens.
 
On entering the Archived Personnel screen, 2 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.
 
Further screen options will be displayed once an existing record has been located.

Find

Allows the user to search for specific individuals within the Archived Personnel System.

Exit

Allows the user to leave the Archived Personnel screen and return to the Personnel System Menu.
