There are a number of standard reports available to summarise the information held in the Material System.
Material Tracking Reports
Produces six separate reports:
· Material Entered
· Material Mustered
· Material Destroyed
· Material Issued
· Material Despatched (Issued Off-Site)
· Material Returned
Each of these reports can be produced for a specific Site, Classification, Issued Individual and for a specified date range.
Each report is be sorted by Security Number.
Material Statistics
Produces a management report which summarises all records in Current Material and, optionally, the Archive System by Classification. The report gives a breakdown of information entered or amended within the specified date range. The report can be made more specific by entering a Site Code and/or a ClassificationCode. This report can be used as a guide to the workload and performance of the Security Department.
