Retrieving an Individual from Archive

 
Sometimes an individual will return to employment after a time away. If their Clearance is still valid and they have returned within a 12 month window, their details can simply be transferred back into Current Personnel with being treated as a new applicant . Their information can be retrieved from the Archive to save having to re-input the clearance details.
 
Use the Archived Personnel option.

Find

Use this option to select the required individual.
 
Enter the required selection criteria to select the individual who is returning to employment, e.g. Surname.
 
Choose OK to find the person.
 
When the selected person's record is found, further options will be displayed:

Retrieve

Choose this option to move the Individual to Current Personnel.
 
Remove the Leaving Date, if applicable. Change the Start Date, Pass Expiry Date and / or the OSAD Off Date, if required.
 
Choose OK to transfer the individual to Current Personnel.
Choose Cancel to keep the individual in Archived Personnel.
