Some sites require extra information to be stored against certain individuals. This information has less importance than the data held on the main personnel screen and has therefore been relegated to a second screen.
Screen 2
Choose this option to view, add or update the extra screen information
The second screen will be shown with two available options:
Change
Use this option to modify existing data or to add new information.
All fields available for modification will be displayed in yellow.
Choose OK to accept any modifications.
Choose Cancel to avoid saving any modifications
Close
Allows the user to leave the Second Screen and return to the Current Personnel screen.
