If the back-end database is currently encrypted, this option button will show Decrypt.

When this option is selected, it will display the following message:

If you answer No then no action will take place.

If you answer Yes, the system will check if any other users are logged in to WiSeMan. If they are, a warning message is displayed and no action will take place. If there are no users in WiSeMan, the back-end will be either encrypted or decrypted.

After the Encryption / Decryption takes place, the following message will be displayed:

Click OK to clear this message. You will be automatically logged out of WiSeMan.

When you next run WiSeMan, there will be a short pause whilst the front-end reattaches itself to the newly encrypted / decrypted back-end database.

The reattaching process will take longer if you are reattaching to a newly encrypted database. It will be quicker if you are reattaching to a newly decrypted database.
