Allows the user to search for specific individuals within the Current Personnel System.
Change
Allows the user to modify the information held for the displayed individual.
Duplicate
Allows the easy creation of multiple records for a number of individuals from the same company. Once a record has been duplicated, change the personal information as required before saving the new record.
New
Allows the entry of new personnel into the system. This should only be used to enter historic data as all new Personnel should be entered via the Application Forms system.
Delete
Allows the user with System Manager status to delete the displayed individual.
Notes
Allows the user to add or amend extra information regarding the individual to be stored for reference purposes.
Transfer
Allows the transfer of the displayed individual from Clearances Held Off-Site to Current Personnel. This option should only be used when an individual has left employment with their previous company and joined this site.
Passport
Allows the entry of Passport information for the individual.
Detail Report
Allows production of a report of the displayed record to be sent to the printer.
Summary Report
Allows production of a simple one line per record report of all the selected records to be sent to the printer.
Export Data
Allows an export of all the selected records to be produced. This output can either be an Excel spreadsheet for further data manipulation or a text file that be used by a Word Processing package to produce standard letters, e.g. Authorisation Memos.
Close
Allows the user to leave the Clearances Held Off-Site screen and return to the Personnel System Menu.
