When a Global Personnel record search has be successful, the first matching records will be displayed, and more options will be available:
Find
Allows the user to search for specific individuals within the whole Personnel System.
Notes
Allows the user to view the extra information regarding the individual. No update of the Notes information is allowed.
BPSS Check
Allows access to the Basic Check / BPSS screen, where BPSS checking status information is displayed. No update of the Basic Check information is allowed.
List Names
Use this option to display all of the matching records in a list.
Jump To
Use this option to close this list and quickly move to the relevant record.
Record Location
Once a successful query has been made, this field will show in which part of the Personnel System the individual can be found.
Summary Report
Allows production of a simple one line per record report of all the selected records to be sent to the screen or printer.
Close
Allows the user to leave the Global Personnel Enquiry screen and return to whatever you where doing when you chose Global Personnel Enquiry originally
