There are a number of standard reports available to summarise the information held in the Personnel System.
Authorised Clearances Report
Produces a report detailing all personnel in the Application Forms System who have received an Authorisation within the specified period, but who have yet to be transferred to Current Personnel. This report can be used as a guide for the Personnel Department to check on actual starters whose details require transfer.
Applications Awaiting Clearance Report
Produces a report detailing all personnel in the Application Forms System who have not received an Authorisation. This report gives the status and dates of all Basic Checks for these individuals. This report can be used for chasing delayed clearances.
Clearance Time Summary Report
Produces a management report which summarises all records in the Application Forms and Current Personnel and, optionally, the Archive System by Clearance Time. Clearance Time is the interval between the Date Sent and the Date Received. The records are summarised into four groups, Not Cleared, 0-4 Weeks, 4-6 Weeks and More than 6 Weeks, and sorted by Clearance Level.
Personnel Statistics Report
Produces a management report which summarises all records in the Application Forms and Current Personnel and, optionally, the Archive System by Employee Code. The report gives a breakdown of information entered or amended within the specified date range. This report can be used as a guide to the workload and performance of the Security Department.
AfterCare Reports
Produces summary reports of the AfterCare actions taken during a designated period. This option also allow the export of this information to an Excel spreadsheet for further manipulation
