Once a Visit has been entered onto the System the Visitors may then be added. Occasionally a Visitor may need to be removed from a list if they no longer require to have access to the particular site.
The Visitors options allows the user to either Add Visitors to or Remove Visitors from a Visit.
If Visitors and added or removed from a Visit that has been designated as the Controlling Record for a multiple site visit the system will ask:
This is the Master Visit of a Multiple Site Visit
Do you want to set the Visitor Lists of all associated
Visits with this new information?
Choose Yes to transfer all the Visitor information to the other controlled Visit records.
Choose No to avoid replicating the current Visitor list to the other controlled Visits.
