Occassionally Contracts may have amendments made to them that affect their security status. These amendments can be stored against the Contract using this option. Not all sites will need to record this information.
Choose Amend History to access this extra screen.
A small pop-up window will be shown:
Enter the relevant Amendment Number.
Enter the name of the individual who changed the information on the Contract.
Enter the date of the Amendment.
Choose OK to accept the new Amendment information.
Choose Cancel to avoid saving the new information.
This screen is used only to add Amendment History. To display all relevant Amendment History for the display Contract choose the Information(Spectacles) button.
