WiSeManis a dedicated Security Management System software program produced by Quartz Computing Limited. The system is suitable for use in controlling and managing all aspects of security relating to National and International classified contracts on a single or multi-site basis, in accordance with HMG requirements.
The main system can be networked for additional users and encompasses the following modules:
In addition to the dedicated modules, the system has limited interfaces with Microsoft Office, providing facilities to create output files for ‘mail-merge’ letters, exports to Excel and production of management reports.
The level of access given to a user to any module can be determined by the System Manager. These levels are:
No Access - User is unable to access the Menu of the relevant module.
Query-Only Access - User can access the Menu and all options with the modules but cannot add, modify or delete any data.
Full Access - User can access the Menu and all options with the modules and can add or modify records.
System Manager - System Managers can delete Standing Data as well as records in certain modules.
