In order to be registered as a valid person for overseas visits, a Blue Card must be sent to IVCO.
This option allows the user to produce the Blue Card in the specified form.
Due to the fact that printer handling differs from site to site, the system has been set up to print the Blue Card in landscape mode on A4 paper. This will have to be trimmed by the user to the correct size, if required, before sending to IVCO.
Choose Print Blue Card.
The system will then produce the displayed Blue Card as a Detail Report in the correct format as required by IVCO.
