IVCO Visits: Printing a Visit

 

Once all the Header and Visitor information has been entered for a Visit it may be printed.

 

This system currently allow 3 different formats of Visit Request Form to be produced:

 

 

The form produced is solely determined by the country being visited. If a French company is be visited the NATO form and the French version form may both need to be printed.

 

Find the Visit that requires printing.

 

Choose Print NATO Form to produce the NATO Form.

Choose Print Non-NATO Form to produce the Non-NATO Form.

Choose Print French Form to produce the French Form.

 

If the system identifies that the Visit being printed is part of a Multiple Site Visit it will display:

 

 

Choose Yes to print the Master Visit form with the necessary continuations.

Choose No to print the displayed Visit.

 

If the French Form is to be printed the user will have to enter the French translation of the Subject to be Discussed section. The system will open a window with two data areas on it, one showing the English Subject to be Discussed, the other (displayed in yellow) allowing the user to enter the French equivalent.

 

Choose OK to accept the French translation and produce the Visit Form.

Choose Cancel to avoid producing the French Visit Form.
