On occasion a single Visit may involve accessing several different sites. Each Visit to each Site must be stored separately in the IVCO System to allow flexible reporting and querying. However a series of separate Visits can be linked to a single controlling Visit for ease of maintenance of Visitors on the Visits and simplified Visit Form printing.
To enable these multi-site Visits to be entered quickly and efficiently the system has an inbuilt Duplicate option.
Find the Visit that requires duplication.
Choose Duplicate.
The system will ask:
Is this part of a Multiple Site Visit?
Choose Yes to mark the Visit being created as part of a Multiple Site Visit.
Choose No if the Visit is not to be linked to the displayed Visit.
All fields available for modification will be displayed in yellow. Modify any areas that require changing.
Choose OK to save the duplicated Visit.
Choose Cancel to avoid saving the duplicated Visit.
If OK was chosen, the system will ask:
Do you want to duplicate the original Visit’s Visitor List?
Choose Yes to copy the Visitors on the original Visit to the newly created Visit.
Choose No if a new Visitor List is required to be created.
