IVCO Visits: Removing Visitors from a List

 
Sometimes a Visitor currently authorised on a Visit may need to be removed from the Visit for various reasons. The Visitors option allows the person to be marked as no longer on the list.
 
Find the Visit that requires Visitors.
 
Choose Visitors.
 
The system will display all Visitors currently on the Visit in tabular form:
 
 
To delete an existing Visitor:
 
Click the Delete? check box for the required Visitor.
 
The Date Removed/Added field will now display the Current System Date
 
Repeat this operation until all the required Visitors have been deleted.
 
Choose Validate Visitor Information.
 
The system will now check that, if the Visit is to a foreign country, all valid Visitors currently on the list have a Blue Card. If they do not have one the system will allow a Blue Card to be entered. If they have more than one Blue Card, e.g. for individuals with multiple passports, the system will allow the selection of the appropriate Card.
 
No checking will be done on any individuals that have marked as deleted from the list
 
Choose Exit to leave the Visitors screen.
 
If the user attempts to leave the Visitors screen after adding or deleting Visitors without choosing Validate Visitor Information the system will inform the user that any modifications made to the Visitor List will not be saved.
 
Choose Yes to leave the screen without saving any changes.
Choose No to remain in the Visitors screen.
