On entering the Visit Information screen 3 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.
New -Allows the entry of new IVCO Visits into the system.
The following fields must have data entered into them for new records:
· Visit Type
· Country Code
· Site Name
· IVCO Reference Number (Unless Automatic Visit Numbering is turned on)
All other fields are optional but it is recommended that they are filled in accordance with current regulations.
The System KeyVI_IVCO_AUTO_NO determines whether Automatic IVCO Visit Numbering is turned on. If set to Y the user can leave the IVCO Visit Number blank and the system will generate a unique number. If set to N the user will be forced to enter a valid IVCO Visit Number.
Find - Allows the user to search for specific Visits within the IVCO Visit System.
Exit- Allows the user to leave the Visit Information screen and return to the IVCO Visits System Menu.
