This section allows you to add, update and delete various Serial Number layouts which are used by the Personnel and Material Tracking systems.

Personnel Serial Number Formats

This option allows you to add, update and delete Firms Serial Number formats used by the Application Form screen in the Personnel System.

BPSS Authorisation Number Formats

This option allows you to add, update and delete BPSS Authorisation Number formats used by the Application Form screen in the Personnel System.

Material Number Formats

This option allows you to add, update and delete Material Number formats used by the Current Material screen in the Material Tracking System.

Receipt Number Formats

This option allows you to add, update and delete Receipt Number formats used by the Receipts screen in the Material Tracking System.

Destruction Number Formats

This option allows you to add, update and delete Destruction Number Number formats used by the Destruction Notices screen in the Material Tracking System.
