Current Material

Any Material that requires some sort of Security monitoring will be entered in the Current Material screen. Information should be entered when the Material is received by the Registry.

The Current Material screen allows the monitoring information to be maintained and enhanced to include details of any Issued, Returned, Mustered and Destroyed Items as well as General Notes about the particular item.

The form displayed is identical to the Archived Material and Global Enquiry screens.

The majority of the available options are the same on all these screens.

On entering the Current Material screen, 4 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.

Further screen options will be displayed once a new record has been added or an existing record has been located.
