Once new record has been added or a successful query has been performed, further buttons will appear.
Change- Allows the user to amend information for the displayed Material.
Duplicate- Allows the user to duplicate the displayed Material.
Delete- Allows the user to delete the displayed Material.
Archive - Allows the transfer of the displayed Material from Current Material to Archived Material. This option should only be used when an Item has been destroyed or has been sent Off-Site and is not expected to be returned. Any Archived Items will not be selected for Mustering.
Issue Item- Allows the user to issue an item to a particular individual.
Return Item- Allows the user to mark an item as returned by the individual.
Notes - Allows the user to add or amend extra information regarding the individual to be stored for reference purposes.
