Add a new user by selecting the blank line and entering all relevant information.
Every user requires the following information to be added for them:
User Name
Enter Name by which the user will log in to the WiSeMan System, e.g. User1
Site Code
Not Currently Used.
Clear Password?
See below.
System Manager?
Tick this box if the user is to be designated as a System Manager.
Access Permissions
Enter the access permission that the user is to be granted for every module.
Site Code
This field is not currently used.
Clear Password
Use this option to clear a forgotten password for a user.
When you click in this box, you will be asked to confirm that you wish the password for the relevant user to be cleared.
Choose OK to clear the password.
Choose Cancel to avoid clearing the password.
System Manager?
Check this box only if the user is to be granted System Manager access, i.e. the ability to delete data and change User Permissions and System Options.
Access Permissions
Enter the required permissions for each WiSeMan module.
There are three possible values for access permissions for each of the Modules:
· A Add, Modify, Query access.
· Q Query only access - no amendment allowed.
· N No access allowed to the specified Module
Enter an N against any modules that are not currently installed.
Personal Details
Use this option to add extra information about this user
Click OK to save the changes and return to the User Permissions screen.
Click Cancel to discard the changes and return to the User Permissions screen.
Print
Use this option to produce a Summary Report of the information displayed on this screen.
