Standing Data: Aftercare Event Codes

 
The data entered in this screen is used to determine the Aftercare event that can be allocated to an individual within the Current Personnel form.
 
Information can be entered into this table after any Current Personnel are added.
 
Aftercare Status or Action Codes
1

Code

Enter a unique code up to 10 characters in length, to signify the type of Aftercare event, e.g. NP
2

Description

An indication as to the type of Aftercare status or action the particular code refers to, e.g. No Pass Up to 50 characters.

Event Group

Allocate the Event Code to an Aftercare Group, e.g. PSR.

Close

Close this screen and return to the previous menu.

Print

Use this option to produce a Summary Report of the information displayed on this screen.
