Retrieving a Material from Archive

Available in Archived and Global Material Enquiry Only

Sometimes Off-Site Issued Material will be returned. Its information can be retrieved from the Archive to save having to re-input the Material details.

Choose Find to select the required Material.

Choose Retrieve to move the Material to Archived Material.

The system will ask:

Retrieve - Are you Sure?

Choose OK to transfer the Material to Current Material.

Choose Cancel to keep the Material in Archived Material.

The system will then display:

Do you want to create a Copy of this item in the Active System, leaving this Item in the Archive?

Choose Yes to create a copy of the item in Current Material leaving the original item in Archive.

Choose No to move the original item into Current Material, leaving nothing in Archived Material.
